Hi everyone. I have been busy sorting out bits and bobs ready for opening. Business rates are now set up and insurance sorted. I still need to get a fire alarm installed but I have a month to get it done. Utilities were a headache as we were left with an outstanding balance by the previous occupant, but think we are almost there now. We did have a bit of a set back as the boiler was broken but I have a replacement being installed this week I hope. We have our card machine fully working and our ordering apps are being developed. These should keep waiting time down to a minimum as we know your time is precious and parking in limited.
We just need the frying range servicing to ensure it is all working correctly then we can hopefully announce our opening date. It has been a fair bit of work but hopefully it will be worth it and we wanted to do things right.
