I have been down today to clear the old kitchen units out as they are domestic ones and difficult to clean behind. We will get some brand news Stainless Steel tables so everything other than the sink can be dragged out and cleaned behind. I just need to remove the gas hob to get rid of the other one as it has no canopy above so cant be used so it is better for us to use an energy efficient induction cooker. Once everything is out we can give the kitchen a deep clean.
I have got the new broadband and phone line ordered so we can then get our epos system and ordering platform set up. I have also ordered some of the equipment we need to operate. Just got to get the utilities moved over to the company so we can start getting the range serviced etc.
There is an old freezer to get rid of but I will sort that in the coming weeks.
