ANDREW

Andrew has been in the fish and chip industry for 25 years full time but was helping in his parents fish and chip business much longer than that.  As the current president of the National Federation of Fish Friers he often represents the fish and chip industry with Government and with the national and international media.

This fish and chip shop on Spendmore Lane in Coppull was andrews first fish and chip business when he bought it in 2000. He used his gradate loan as a deposit and borrowed the rest from the bank.  It was a big gamble at the time but it also provided him with living accomodation.  It really was the start of a sucessful career in fish and chips!

NAOMI

Naomi has over 20 years experience in the fish and chip industry, working in Lytham and Leyland before joining the team at Skippers of Euxton over eleven years ago as shop manager. 

Naomi is great fun to work with and always adds a bit of character to the places she works.
